I. Template Construction ServiceL

Service Details： The gene encoding the target protein is synthesized by chemical gene synthesis and subcloned into our proprietary wheat germ cell-free expression vector (pEU vector) to construct the expression template. For purification purposes, a GST tag or His tag is typically fused to either the N- or C-terminus of the target protein. For NanoDisc synthesis, an SBP tag is fused to the C-terminus. For Proteoliposome synthesis, no affinity tag is fused to the target membrane protein

II. Protein Expression Trial

Service Details： Target proteins are synthesized as GST- or His-tagged fusion proteins using our wheat germ cell-free protein synthesis system. The synthesized proteins are purified by affinity chromatography. This service allows evaluation of protein expression, solubility, and purification feasibility prior to large-scale production.
III. Membrane Protein Expression Trial
III-A. ProteoLiposome Expression Trial
Promotion Price: $1,300/membrane protein
Service Details: Target membrane proteins are synthesized as ProteoLiposomes. The synthesized ProteoLiposomes are collected by centrifugation for simple purification and expression evaluation.
III-B. NanoDisc Expression Trial
Promotion Price: $1,400/membrane protein
Service Details: Target membrane proteins are synthesized in NanoDiscs. The proteins are purified via a C-terminal SBP tag using affinity purification.
IV. Transcription Factor Expression Trial
Promotion Price: $1,100 .-/ transcription factor
Service Details: Target transcription factors are synthesized as GST- or His-tagged fusion proteins. The synthesized proteins are purified by affinity chromatography. This service evaluates protein expression, solubility, and purification performance.

- To use any of our expression trial services, customers are required to prepare a template DNA construct cloned into our proprietary wheat germ cell-free expression vector (pEU vector) in advance. The template DNA can either be prepared using our Template DNA Construction Service (described in Menue I. above) or constructed in your own laboratory. Our pEU vectors are available free of charge upon request.
